Practices affected by the Change Healthcare cyberattack now have another opportunity to apply for an extreme and uncontrollable circumstances (EUC) exception for the 2023 performance year/2025 payment year of the Merit-Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS). Applications are open through Oct. 11, at 8 p.m. ET.
